Terms of Service
Use of the drawing:-Under NO circumstance the drawing can be used for AI training or NFT.
-The commissions are personal use only.
-Once I'm done with the commission I'll post the final result and tag the client, unless they ask for it not to be tagged or uploaded.
Payment process:-The payment is ONLY via Paypal. *as long the client has a credit card they don’t need a paypal account to pay
-The client has to pay the first 50% of the commission upfront to confirm the service.
-The client has to pay the other 50% to receive the final result.
-Once I start working in the commission, a refund won't be possible.
-If the client wants an object/prop that takes half or more space of the piece I’ll charge an additional amount. *depending on the complexity of the object the price may change.
Deadlines and delivery format:-The drawing will be delivered in 3 weeks at most. *this applies to one piece at the time.
-The first wip I'll send will be a sketch to check if there is anything to change, second a screenshot of the lineart and when i’m finished i’ll send a screenshot to see if there’s anything to change before sending the link. *colors or shading aspects.
-Once the client is satisfied and has fully paid the commission I'll send a google drive link with three or more versions of the drawing. *white background, transparent background and a watermark jpg.
-In the case the client orders more than one piece, I'll work in one of them at the time.
Miscellaneous clarifications:-It’s one slot per person, not per piece.
-Normal slots and Chibi slots work fundamentally the same but are treated as different lists to keep order. That means if one person orders one Icon/Half/Full Body and one Chibi they would take one slot in each list.
-Heavily detailed clothes don't raise the price of the drawing.
-The shadow price applies to each character individually.
-Unless it’s a fundamental part of the character, I'll consider any organ outside its place as heavy gore. *see Cosmo from Chainsaw Man as example
-The client can ask me to add a background free of charge as long as it’s a photograph/picture or plain color chosen by them.
